Really great lamb vindaloo to-go, chock full of lots of lamb. Fantastic mango lassi too. Thank you so much!
I was impressed by the variety and quality. We arrived at 11:00 a.m. just when the buffet opened. There were quite a few people who came in after us, but no one had to wait.
The food at the buffet line is delicious. I highly recommend this almost hidden gem in Gainesville.
This place was recommended by a friend and I absolutely HAD to leave a review because the food is SO delicious! The mango drink my daughter had was amazing! We couldn’t wait to eat so there’s no pic of the butter chicken before :) Definitely planning to come back again and try the buffet!
Visiting here from New York , Bhakta was my server and he has excellent customer service. Food was also wonderful. Food tasted amazing, just make sure to let them know how spicy you want your food as some of the food is really spicy and will make you sweat, but still it is good. I highlight recommend you come here if you are in the mood for fine Indian cuisine :)
We ordered take out this last Saturday evening. Ordered our usual chicken 65 and WOW it was the spiciest we’ve ever had it level 10! WE LOVED IT I wish they made this spicy all the time! We have been to other Indian restaurants, but this is our favorite by far.❤️
Chicken tandoori level 8 was delicious 😩highly recommended, garlic naan was a great side dish for any option you pick. As expected when they mean hot they definitely mean hot if you can’t handle spicy id recommend 4-5 level spicy.
I have lived in Virginia for 15 years now and have never found an Indian restaurant that was this good. I am so glad I tried it! It is delicious, and I took my family last night, and everyone agrees. My hand's down is that this is the best Indian restaurant in the DMV. Must try. You won't be disappointed!
Having missed Indian food since we moved to northern Virginia, we tried this one. We found the best Indian restaurant in the area, serving North Indian regional food with moderate spice levels (adjustable to order) and pleasant service. We have enjoyed both dining-in, and taking-out. Prices are very reasonable and the usual, popular dishes have been well served: vindaloos, tikka masala’s, paneers, and red curry. I was surprised to find really good treatments of salmon—not something you expect.
Great quality of food and great service! My favorite is Saturday buffet. A great selection of food for a reasonable price and the server lady is super nice and friendly
Excellent Indian food in Gainesville. Service is a little slow but worth the wait — the butter chicken, tandoori shrimp and combination bread basket was perfect for me and my husband. I’m usually able to eat spicy foods but the 4 to 5 range was a little too much for us; i would go down to a 2 or 3 next time. Highly recommend!
The catering I did with them, and other group parties, this is one of the best Indian food we had. Everybody loved the chicken chilly, goat curry, and Karachi chicken. The owner are both friendly and very great people.
Best Indian food ever. The restaurant itself is very nice and the food is delicious. Went in for lunch was not busy, got our appetizers and food pretty quick. Great service, I’d definitely go back. (I cannot handle spicy at all. I’m glad they have numbers to describe how spicy the food is, starting from 0 all the way to 10)
Delicious lunch today! We had garlic naan, lamb saag, muttar mushrooms, butter chicken and amazing mango lassi. Kudos to Chef Ganesh! Can't wait to bring family back for weekend buffet!
